• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive lead generation and qualification • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team • Identify and implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively coach the team and communicate value propositions to potential clients • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads • Utilize CRM software to track and report on team performance, pipeline status, and sales activity • Foster a positive and motivating team environment, promoting collaboration and professional development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a high-performing sales team • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and CRM systems • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth • Experience in the video production or creative services industry is a plus
