• Qualifying leads from personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound and AWS • Understanding customer needs and solutions • Presenting and delivering information to customers and AWS • Working closely with Caylent Account Executives on existing pipeline • Account management of existing customers • Maintaining Salesforce up to date
• 1-3 Years of SDR, BDR, or Sales Experience • Raise the bar attitude • Customer obsessed • Commitment to execution and accountability • Enthusiastic and "entrepreneurial" approach • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Proficiency with Google Workspaces
