• Manage and verify Clearway's tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act • Ensure compliance with IRA requirements during construction and post-completion • Coordinate with various departments for tax credit compliance information • Monitor recordkeeping and address potential non-compliance gaps • Train workforce on IRA's key provisions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • 5 years of experience with administrative and/or compliance matters • Familiar and comfortable in navigating ambiguous situations • Strong understanding of financial, tax, and accounting concepts • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong communication and presentation skills
