• Driving customer adoption by demonstrating how to leverage the full power of the platform • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve customer value and reduce churn • Identifying upsell opportunities to increase revenue and ensure customers maximize value from services • Anticipating customer needs and proactively driving solutions • Developing deep relationships with customers, understanding their business goals to guide them through their transformation journey • Conducting regular check-ins with customers, promptly addressing any concerns or issues they might have
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success roles, in SaaS or tech companies • Experience in successfully scaling customer success operations in an early-stage company • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities • Serving a blue-collar audience is a plus
