• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll • Manage payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other payroll-related changes • Drive the creation and documentation of SOPs, policies, procedures, practices, and internal controls related to end-to-end payroll process • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline payroll processes and improve data integrity • Supervise and mentor payroll staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive payroll experience with 5 years of payroll management in a high-volume environment • Strong management, problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills • Experience with equity transactions, ESPP, and 401k administration • Working knowledge of account reconciliation and accounting principles • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws
