Description
• Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying transactions, and reconciling accounts • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data • Other related duties assigned
Requirements
• Must have at least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience • High school diploma required • A degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Proven experience working in accounts payable or bookkeeping roles, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
