• Join the Culture Amp mission to enhance employee experience for Global Enterprise customers. • Ensure Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Customer Satisfaction. • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a customer-centric approach. • Collaborate with executive leadership to align customer initiatives with business strategy. • Expand People Science offerings and establish key performance indicators for services delivery. • Advocate for customer needs within product development and marketing strategies. • Manage and develop regional heads and training programs for team leaders. • Drive customer engagement initiatives and measure success through data-driven approaches.
• 10+ years of experience as a multi-disciplinary leader overseeing Customer success, Account management, Professional services or related roles within the SaaS industry. • Proven experience managing and scaling customer teams for Enterprise customers. • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and Enterprise customer dynamics. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
