• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our paid social and digital marketing efforts for Culture Kings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid social channels along with a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role will be instrumental in driving growth and maximizing ROI through innovative marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Director or similar, with a focus on paid social and digital marketing within the e-commerce industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, driving measurable results, and achieving KPIs such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and ROI. • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as experience working with e-commerce platforms and tools. • Experience managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI and drive sustainable growth. • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, and developing talent to drive individual and team success. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to changing market conditions and business needs, and make strategic adjustments to marketing strategies and tactics as necessary.
