Requirements
• Proven leadership experience in sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed business decisions. • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving excellence. • 10+ years in media / sponsorship sales experience • 4+ years in management • Must be based in "Los Angeles", willing to travel/
