Description
• As the Sales & CS Enablement Lead, you will lead strategy and execution of GTM programs. • Partner with Sales Leadership to establish onboarding and ongoing sales training programs. • Drive initiatives to ensure managers and representatives achieve goals and quotas. • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to measure and improve sales performance. • Explore and manage vendor relationships for productivity tools and training programs.
Requirements
• Sales Experience. 3+ years in sales or sales effectiveness roles. • Organization and Execution. Strong project management skills. • Change Management. Experience with change management. • Poise. Engaging and capable of delivering training sessions. • Collaboration. Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
