Description
• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team. • Responsible for promoting and setting appointments for green energy products and services. • Requires excellent interpersonal communication abilities and being a team player. • Provides all the training and support needed for success. • Position rewards successful Lead Generator with uncapped commissions and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in energy sales, solar sales, home improvement sales, pool, or related fields is a plus (but not required) • Strong background in canvasing or outside sales preferred (but not required) • Ability to communicate and present our product's benefits to move prospective customers forward to an appointment • Technical sales knowledge is a plus • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
