Description
• This role presents the opportunity to take a mission-driven, fast-growing fintech startup, and head efforts to unlock even faster growth. • Your charter will drive efforts to enhance discovery and onboarding for our existing products across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and Marketing. • Your team will include dedicated engineering, design, and product people working to experiment and improve growth for EarnIn products.
Requirements
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in product management experience with a strong product sense developed by shipping delightful & innovative consumer products • 10+ years of experience managing all product aspects for a consumer-facing software product, preferably in an online environment with transactional customer interactions. • 5+ years of people management experience building and leading teams • 3+ years of experience leading a growth function • Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics • Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration • Ability to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions to execute your roadmap and deliver against goals successfully • Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems with creative ideas
