Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with Prime Intellect's mission and objectives • Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and feature releases • Manage a team of growth marketers, product marketers, and business development professionals • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media • Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels • Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth and expand Prime Intellect's ecosystem • Establish and track key growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies • Represent Prime Intellect at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or business development roles, preferably in AI, protocols, or developer-focused startups • Proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Deep understanding of growth frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and data-driven decision making • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences • Passion for AI and the potential of decentralized technologies to drive positive global impact
