• Manage a team of account executives each responsible for a specific geographical territory. • Demonstrate a complete understanding of Endor Labs and the value to our customers. • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base. • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer service. • Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. • Drive performance goals for the sales team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success. • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.
• 5+ years of sales management experience, predominately in AppSec / DevSecOps to Enterprise and larger mid-market accounts. • An understanding of sales methodologies like: Challenger Selling, Solution Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC. • An understanding of Application Security / DevSecOps and the security challenges associated. • Demonstrated over achievement in past roles as both an individual contributor and sales leader. • A network of CISO’s and Director level AppSec & DevSecOps leaders. • History of strong sales performance and quota attainment. • Accurate forecasting skills.
