• Lead FP&A and accounting as a financial leader in wealth management • Stand-up financial and operational processes • Facilitate transition of routine accounting function • Deliver timely financial reporting monthly to the Board • Create actionable financial analysis for decision making • Develop accurate financial forecasts and manage business health • Work with COO to track business performance against growth targets
Requirements
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to persevere through adversity • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated success in highly analytical roles • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally • Humble, accountable, and growth-minded • Positive attitude, high EQ, and natural competitive intensity • Ownership mindset and willingness to roll-up your sleeves • Excitement about being a finance leader for the long-term • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus • Public accounting experience a plus
