Description
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure maximum value • Serve as primary point of contact for clients post-sale • Develop engagement strategies for Quarterly Business Reviews • Become an expert in Evolv solutions and educate customers • Monitor renewal risks and proactively address issues • Assist with Voice of Customer surveys and drive references • Achieve/exceed target KPIs including renewal %, NPS, upsell % • Guide customers through organizational changes for cloud transformation
Requirements
• Customer Success experience required • Ability to develop engagement strategies • Must travel 30-40% of time • Experience with CRM systems • Understanding of customer decision making processes
