Description
• Provide hands-on training to customer operators on Vulcan operations, including technical and practical knowledge. • Evaluate customer operators' proficiency to operate independently. • Monitor weeding quality and machine performance for newly onboarded customers. • Support troubleshooting if issues arise and suggest adjustments for optimal weeding quality and customer experience with their FarmWise product. • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve products and services. • Maintain safety, professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and representing FarmWise.
Requirements
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills. • Ability to follow through with processes and take initiative. • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical inclination. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. • Class A CDL.
