Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a technology or service-driven environment • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with strong work ethic and organizational skills • Proven track record of working effectively under pressure in a team-based setting • History of providing solution-oriented customer service • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Highly self-motivated individual who exceeds targets and takes initiative • Flexibility and adaptability in managing customer interactions • Superior time management and organizational abilities • Experience working at a rapidly growing startup
