Description
• As a CSM at Zipline, you will own the relationship with key strategic customers• Develop deep understanding of customer's business models and operations• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Zipline exceeds customer's expectations• Provide insights on new features and capabilities for maximum impact• Advocate for customer needs to drive product and service improvements
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, program management, or operations• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional accountability• Ability to design, implement, and optimize initiatives and action plans• Strong empathy for customers and ability to build trust quickly• Proficient in using data for decision making• Confident in presenting complex solutions and inspiring audiences• Familiarity with the value drivers for recurring revenue businesses
