Description

• Architect policies to navigate complex employee situations • Provide guidance on global employment matters and policies • Collaborate internally to resolve employee relations matters • Design compliance policies with Legal • Educate the company on new policies, processes, and programs • Investigate concerns and complaints; oversee investigations • Partner on execution of organizational changes and exits • Identify patterns and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, investigations, and employment law • Experience in partnering with HR and legal teams on employment policies • Expert analytical skills; uses data to form insights and influence decisions • Strong business and people acumen, consulting, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and meet deliverables • In-depth understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion issues • Familiarity with U.S. and local employment law & regulations
