• Finfare is seeking a Compensation & Payroll Manager to manage payroll and benefits administration. • Oversee payroll for US employees and global payroll. • Generate reports for payroll, benefits, and compensation. • Manage employee benefits programs. • Administer employee stock options and compensation management. • Collaborate with HR and Finance for analysis and reporting.
• 5+ years of experience in US & global payroll and compensation • Experience working in a startup or smaller-sized business • Deep experience with US payroll, including CA, NY, TX, WA, OR, and global payroll for Canada, UK, and France • Strong knowledge of Rippling and payroll systems, along with experience managing stock options in Carta • Expertise in managing payments for both US and international contractors • Prior experience reporting payroll data to accounting and finance teams, supporting month-end close processes • Familiarity with administering benefits plans and the ability to conduct cost analysis for vendor selection • Experience with compensation projects, job leveling, and pay band administration • Strong Excel and intermediate financial analysis skills, financial modeling skills preferred • On-site 4+ days a week in Irvine, CA
