Description
• Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing • Record payroll and benefit-related journal entries • Manage daily requirements for final pay and adjustments • Assist in administering employee retirement plans • Administer and maintain Rippling payroll system • Collaborate with HR, finance and other departments • Monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies • Generate payroll reports • Address employee inquiries related to payroll • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards • Add states for payroll and payroll taxes • Stay updated on payroll regulations and industry trends • Assist with 401k and financial audits • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrable previous payroll experience • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance preferred • Payroll system knowledge, Excel skills, Gmail email management • Excellent judgment and organization skills • Netsuite ERP system experience a plus • Rippling system experience a plus • Experience managing tax regulations, set up, and filing • Deep understanding of payroll-related regulations • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and be effective in a fast-paced environment
