Description

• Lead a team of Sales Directors and Account Executives to meet and exceed quota • Accountability for North American sales organization’s performance and alignment of sales objectives • Development of strategies and execution of revenue goals to meet and exceed bookings targets • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and craft appropriate solutions • Champion and educator of sales programs and training • Navigate revenue-team challenges with executive-level input • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by developing and executing strategies

Requirements

• Proven Leadership experience managing dispersed teams domestically who sell security or threat intelligence solutions • High energy, enthusiastic, motivator who is an effective communicator to all audiences • Deep knowledge of information security and risk intelligence concepts and commercial market • Ability to develop strong, long term relationships by following appropriate sales methodology • Experience with full life cycle solution-selling in the SaaS Security or Data Security product spaces • Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels across functions • Possess resilience and a strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments • Experience improving operational processes, technology, and sales cadences
