The first Marketing Event Conversion and Correlation engine (MECC), purpose-built for enterprise marketing teams.
• Lead pilot implementations for enterprise-level B2B SaaS companies, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful adoption of Alembic's solutions. • Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of pilot projects. • Translate complex technical concepts and opportunities between various stakeholders, including top-tier enterprise clients and internal teams. • Manage and optimize the pilot implementation process, continually refining our approach based on learnings and feedback. • Work with some of the most innovative and impactful businesses on the planet who partner with us to improve their marketing results. • Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and resources for pilot projects. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure pilot progress and address any concerns or roadblocks. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation. • Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs for pilot implementations. • Create and maintain documentation for pilot processes, best practices, and lessons learned. • Manage data entry and reporting for all pilot-related activities in Salesforce and other relevant systems. • Facilitate training sessions for clients on Alembic's solutions during the pilot phase.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or project management roles, preferably in an early-stage B2B SaaS startup environment. • Proven track record of successful implementations with enterprise-level B2B SaaS companies. • Strong ability to translate between technical and business concepts, bridging the gap between various stakeholders. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical teams alike. • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. • A drive to contribute to achieving ambitious growth goals and improve our implementation processes.
