• Gong transforms revenue organizations by harnessing customer interactions to increase business efficiency, improve decision-making and accelerate revenue growth. • Gong is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Solution Marketing to drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our enterprise software solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a solution marketing role within an enterprise software company. • Experience in a high-growth technology environment. • Strong understanding of enterprise software markets, including key industries, personas, and competitive landscape. • Experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and product positioning. • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing audience-centric marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives. • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Preference to SF Bay Area, but open to other locations.
