Description
•Gong is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Web Marketing to own our web strategy strategy and help fuel our next stage of growth. •You will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our website to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and support our overall business objectives. •This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of B2B technology markets. •This role will work closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Corporate Communications, Events, and Creative and Brand teams to bring our web experience to life -- as you build, test, and launch new website features and experiments.
Requirements
•8+ years of overall digital marketing experience •4+ years of direct website management experience within a software company •Proven track record of driving web strategy and achieving measurable results, including increased traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. •Experience working directly with web developers under an agile methodology, managing product, web development and design priorities •Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and web development technologies. •Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. •Experience working with forecast inputs for website and experimentation results and be accountable for reaching quarterly forecasts. •Experience with personalization tools or platforms (Intellimize, Optimizely, VWO, ABTasty, etc.) and strong knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and methodologies •Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. In-depth experience using Google Analytics to find insights and areas of opportunity •Experience managing web-related projects, including redesigns, migrations, and platform integrations. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. •Creative thinker that is organized, detailed and extremely collaborative with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously. •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field preferred •Preference to San Francisco Bay Area, but open to other locations.
