• Senior IT Support Engineer - Level 3 role focusing on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure • Supporting Windows Active Directory networks, Office 365 Email, cloud solutions, infrastructure, and backup processes • Managing VMware, Backups, Storage, Active Directory, Databases, RMM infrastructure, Alerts, Monitoring, and IT tickets • Ensuring adherence to security policies, proposing solutions, implementing, and training team members • Commitment to customer service, communication, organization, and documentation
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Professional Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, ITIL, CompTIA A+, VMware) preferred • 10+ years experience in Enterprise or MSP environments • Skills in Active Directory, DNS, DFS, Azure Server, Group Policy, Firewall setup, VMware • Deep understanding of AD Setup, Windows Server, virtual environments with VMware or Hyper-V • Experience with Microsoft 365, Enterprise Backup Solutions, network infrastructure, scripting with PowerShell, Firewalls, switches, APs, server migration
