Description
• Configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic communication systems • Assist with installation of electronic equipment • Test and document system readings • Troubleshoot and repair audio visual and IT components • Train customers on equipment use • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints • Assist with preventive maintenance and upgrades
Requirements
• 2 – 5 years with high end Audio Visual Installations • 1-2 Recent years in the role of project or field engineering • Experience with major industry manufacturers • High attention to detail • Knowledge and experience in IT network communications • Audio, video conferencing, or control equipment manufacturer certifications a plus • Ability to read and interpret general business documentation • Flexible with shift hours and timing • Great personal skills and ability to interface with clients, technicians, and contractors • Experience with Video Conferencing, Streaming, and Control Systems is a plus • 4 Year College Degree Preferred • CTS and/or any other AV Industry certifications highly desired not required
