• 5-7 years of experience in human resources or people operations, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement. • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Rippling, Workable, Workday). • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
