• Guidepoint’s HR team drives culture and values of curiosity, integrity, and service. • Provide comprehensive HR support to the West Coast region including California, Hawaii, and Arizona. • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. • Create employee profiles, conduct background checks and I-9 verification, process new hire documentation. • Design, implement, and manage initiatives that enhance employee engagement. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs. • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. • Maintain HR records and prepare reports on key HR metrics. • Collaborate with payroll for accurate processing of employee compensation. • Promote a safe work environment and support health and safety programs. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant Human Resources Generalist role, preferably with a multi-state focus. • Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to think critically and strategically • Adept at building relationships • Strong knowledge of California labor laws is highly preferred. • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of independence. • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
