• 8+ years of People Partner experience • 4+ years as an HR Business Partner/People Partner in a tech company • 3+ years in people management • Strong executive presence • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen • Ability to lead a team • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Significant experience with workforce analytics • Proven track record of developing organizational change initiatives • Ability to thrive in ambiguity
