• Developing and implementing strategies to drive strategic and profitable growth • Meeting or exceeding annual sales and revenue targets • Creating key account plans for prospects and existing clients • Making presentations to clients and internal leaders • Pipeline management and reporting • Building and maintaining client relationships to create revenue-generating opportunities • Event attendance, coordination, and support • Assisting in preparing sales collateral, proposals, and communications • Gathering useful information from client and competitor data • Conducting ongoing market research • Partnering with Chief Growth Officer to share best practices and develop training programs
• Bachelor’s degree; master's degree a plus • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar professional services role • Active network of C-level contacts in Los Angeles and surrounding markets • Experience leading complex sales processes with middle-market companies • Strong executive presence and business acumen • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills • Experience using a CRM system to track opportunities and outcomes • Strong time management skills
