Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in HR support or related administrative roles • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and regulations • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy in work
