• The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the human resources function of our ABA Therapy company. • This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations and engagement, and development. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the needs of the organization. • Manage employee relations and engagement, including handling employee concerns and conflicts. • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and daily HR administrative tasks. • Partner with department heads on daily functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources or business • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
