• Train and mentor team members responsible for case triaging • Provide direction, counsel and set goals for career growth • Identify opportunities and implement programs to improve effectiveness • Partner with Director of People Operations to scale the team • Develop cross-training program for team • Maintain documentation of team process procedures • Collaborate with regional People Ops and ensure process consistency • Monitor team passdown reports and troubleshoot • Work with other managers to plan resources and implement programs • Maintain intranet “The Cube” with process information • Monitor triaging metrics and maintain response Time SLA of <15 mins • Provide weekly inbox coverage for team member breaks • Serve as team POC for confidential hires or terminations • Monitor quality of service in responses provided by team • Design approach to support status change requests • Drive development and documentation of global business processes • Manage project teams for business process review, testing, communication • Develop training materials for all team processes • Monitor non-Workday self-service adoption • Maintain knowledge base for internal processes
• B.S. degree in Business, HR, or related area. • Available to work onsite at Palo Alto office 3+ days per week. • Able to accommodate an adjusted schedule 1 to 2 days per week to accommodate meetings across time zones. • 6+ years of HR/HR Operations experience, including 3+ years experience managing teams and previous experience managing global mobility and immigration processes. • Experience with Workday is required, and experience with Greenhouse ATS is an added plus. • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Expert Excel/Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs. • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels. • Organized, proactive, and maintains a positive, team-focused attitude. • Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is necessary. • Ability to manage change effectively; always being mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications. • Ability to motivate direct reports and others by providing an environment that promotes individual growth and reinforces Rubrik’s RIVET values and culture.
