• Act as the initial point of contact for new leads/customers and respond promptly to their inquiries • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and live chat platforms aimed at creating new business opportunities • Build outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 4 years of experience in sales and/or business development– ideally experience in products related to mapping, navigation, positioning. Your sales experience must be in digital technology products. • Proven track record of success in a performance-driven role focused on exceeding specific metrics (i.e. carrying a quota) • Exceptional oral and written communication skills that show enthusiasm, energy, and poise. • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently and adaptively, anticipate and mitigate friction points, and take initiative to promptly resolve and learn from challenges.
