• Spearhead sales strategies to surpass revenue goals and expand our market share. • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, prospects, and partners, leading to growth opportunities. • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a varied audience, ensuring clarity and understanding. • Collaborate with various teams within HopHR to drive customer satisfaction and identify growth strategies. • Perform engaging product demonstrations and tailor presentations to potential clients’ needs. • Keep precise records of sales activities, ensuring data-driven strategies and transparency. • Produce and distribute marketing content including white papers, case studies, blog entries, webinars, and videos. • Execute a mix of marketing efforts, both paid and organic, to enhance HopHR’s brand presence. • Represent HopHR at industry events, conferences, and seminars, potentially involving up to 30% travel. • Manage inbound and outbound sales tasks, ensuring a personalized approach to small and medium-sized clients. • Actively seek out and develop new sales and marketing channels to boost HopHR’s reach and impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. • A minimum of 4 years in sales or a closely related field, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets. • A strong technical foundation with the capability to grasp and convey complex technical ideas and concepts. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • An organized approach to work, with the agility to juggle multiple tasks and strict deadlines. • Experience in crafting marketing content and running successful marketing campaigns is a plus.
