• Support employees with payroll questions • Prepare and process bi-weekly payrolls • Maintain accurate payroll records for Hourly and Full-Time employees • Point of contact for employee payroll and payroll tax inquiries
• Paylocity experience a plus • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure overall accuracy of employee data entry through Gusto (currently) and later Paylocity • Prepare data for payroll to include Time off: Vacation, Personal and Leave of Absence • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local payroll, wage and hour laws • Experience with expense reimbursements, bonus payouts, and state tax registrations • Experience with processing stock compensation bonus and processing through payroll • Experience with exempt and non-exempt employees, amendments, and payroll implementations • Accurately input and calculate tax withholding and payments • Reconcile payroll and validate reports • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential • Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes • Point of contact for all payroll related inquiries and support issues • Manage and process new hires, promotions, terminations, garnishments, wage assignments, benefit deductions, LOAs • Review and audit W2’s and process 1099’s • Organizes and maintains confidential Human Resources files • Prepare supporting documents and assist with 401K matters and annual audit process • Build strong cross-functional relationships with key business partners in legal, HR and finance • Understanding of internal controls over initiation, authorization, processing, recording and reporting of payroll transactions • Lead International payroll transition to internal systems and process monthly payroll in other territories • Process T&E reimbursement to domestic and international employees • Upgrade process and procedures as company scales
