• Develop and implement strategic plans for custodial operations to meet organizational objectives. • Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with custodial services. • Collaborate effectively with other divisions to ensure cohesive operations and support. • Establish and enforce cleaning protocols, schedules, and standards to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. • Manage budgets for custodial operations, including expenses, resource allocation, and cost control measures. • Recruit, train, and supervise custodial staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to policies and procedures. • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and regulations. • Coordinate with external vendors for supplies, equipment, and specialized cleaning services. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives. • Prepare and present reports, metrics, and documentation related to custodial operations. • Collaborate with other departments and management to address cleaning needs and maintain a positive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred) • Proven experience in custodial management, with a track record of successful leadership and operations • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, equipment, chemicals, and safety standards • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in computer applications and software related to facilities management
