• As a Business Development professional at Inversion, you will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with our growth objectives. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances. • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify untapped opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders. • Lead negotiation and closing of partnerships, contracts, and agreements with favorable terms. • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our value proposition. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. • Track and report on business development activities to the leadership team regularly. • Represent Inversion at industry events to promote our brand and build relationships.
• Deep understanding of the government proposal and procurement process. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence decision-makers. • Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive win-win outcomes and navigate complex deal structures. • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and objectives. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
