• Interface daily with employees at all levels to support any general HR questions or requests. • Assist with HR functions such as employee record-keeping, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. • Coordinate and manage onboarding to ensure employees have what they need to get started on their first day. • Manage confidential employee data within our information systems and applicant tracking systems. • Support day-to-day HR operations • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and managing online presence. • Supporting our company culture by organizing team-building events, celebrations, and more to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator, recruiting coordinator or other relevant HR experience. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. • A proactive attitude and a love for jumping in wherever needed. • Experience working with sensitive information and handling it with care.
