Description

• Translate Journey’s company objectives into a demand-generation strategy with KPIs. • Oversee sales development to align outreach and lead qualification efforts. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and processes. • Lead development and execution of cohesive campaigns across online and offline channels. • Partner with cross-functional teams to build customer personas and generate new business. • Develop shared KPIs and reporting structures across marketing and sales. • Conduct quarterly demand gen planning to meet business goals. • Use a data-driven approach to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategy. • Manage the demand generation budget to ensure growth and positive ROI. • Support sales enablement efforts with necessary content and tools. • Stay current on industry trends and tools to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience that includes enterprise digital marketing. • Early-stage (<25 employees) startup experience is a must. • 3+ years of experience working in digital health is desirable. • Experience managing both demand generation and sales development functions. • Demonstrable experience establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic environment. • Excellent quantitative marketing skills with a track record of improving conversion. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. • Experience with relevant technologies (e.g., Salesforce, DemandBase, LinkedIn, HubSpot). • Strong experience in paid social and SEO. • Committed to leading with humility, curiosity, and transparency.
