Description
•As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. •You will provide hands-on support to our employees, troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. •Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT assets, implementing new technologies, and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure.
Requirements
•Have 4+ years of experience with critical IT systems and services supporting user productivity, SaaS services, inventory management, and customer service. •Have experience across multiple client operating system platforms •Have experience in basic networking configuration and troubleshooting •You are someone who pays attention to detail and has the ability to produce high quality documentation •You are action-oriented and have a strong willingness to learn •Are an excellent communicator and thrives in an engineering centric environment
