Requirements
• 12+ years of client management and media (or influencer) experience within agencies • 2-3 years of team management experience • Driven by delighting customers, customer satisfaction drives your work • Passionate about social media, with a keen interest in learning about new platforms, understanding user behavior, and exploring how advertising and influencers leverage these channels • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, setting your own deadlines, benchmarks, and goals • Demonstrated history of achieving success for clients and teams • Proficient in handling high-level client communications with confidence • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is preferred • Currently located in San Francisco metro area
