• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all tasks. • Manage ad hoc projects and office administration tasks, including merchandise orders, meeting scheduling, and internal communications. • Coordinate meeting cascades and ensure timely follow-ups and documentation. • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies aligned with company goals. • Support organizational development initiatives to foster growth and adaptability. • Work closely with leadership to manage talent, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top talent (A players). • Lead team leadership initiatives, including conducting surveys, setting OKRs, and tracking KPIs. • Support training and development programs that enhance team skills and competencies. • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Select and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality and cost requirements. • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance business growth and operational capabilities.
