• Provide leadership in HR programs and policies. • Direct daily HR functions and collaborate with Senior Management. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and corporate regulations. • Spearhead recruitment initiatives and manage employee relations. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints. • Prepare and manage HR reports and budget preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. • 10-15+ years of experience leading and managing the HR department in a senior role. • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and employee relations practices. • Excellent consulting, coaching, and management skills. • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn HRIS systems. • Familiar with California wage and hour laws.
• Design and manage comprehensive benefit programs including medical, dental, and 401(k). • Recommend enhancements to optimize employee satisfaction and cost-efficiency.
