• Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to develop effective HR policies • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues • Performance Management: Work with leaders to implement performance management programs • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with recruitment team to attract and retain top talent • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and evaluate training programs • Change Management: Lead HR projects and implement change management strategies • Compensation and Benefits: Provide input on compensation and benefits strategies • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion initiatives for a diverse and inclusive workplace • Data Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience • At least 5 years in a People Partner/HRBP role • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, or technical client groups • Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
