Description
• Develop business plans to meet sales goals. • Manage the full sales cycle. • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities. • Demonstrate the SaaS platform to prospective clients. • Understand clients' business needs to provide solutions. • Deliver post-sale support for customer satisfaction. • Engage with existing clients to address needs. • Resolve customer complaints and issues. • Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records.
Requirements
• 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT technology sales. • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS or accounting/financial applications is preferred. • Experience in Property Management Software is a clear advantage. • Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles. • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Passion for sales and business acumen.
