Requirements

• Experience as a Senior HR business partner in a technology organization • Experience implementing people programs including compensation and performance feedback • Ability to proactively address people-related opportunities • Passion for change management • Experience building relationships with key stakeholders • Ability to translate metrics into actionable strategy • Technical curiosity in HR products and services • Deep sense of empathy • Friendly and approachable communication style • Belief in a People-first approach
