Description
• Seeking a dynamic Retail Trade Marketer to drive trade marketing strategy • Enhance brand’s presence across retail channels • Focus on developing and executing trade marketing initiatives that align with minimalist philosophy
Requirements
• 5+ years of trade marketing experience (prior beauty or Sephora retail experience required) • A successful record in creating and executing retailer specific strategies that drove high revenue growth • Problem-solving and analytical skills; an ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information and create actionable and focused trade marketing plans • Experienced in managing trade marketing budgets and allocating and optimizing spend based on data • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects at once • Highly collaborative, with strong skills in building relationships with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for creating and delivering compelling marketing narratives based on data • A high attention to detail and follow-through is a must
